Shamu Bookkeeping Services only uses licensed Pastel Accounting Software to process our clients financial records.

Our clients have the option of having their financial records captured in either latest Pastel Express or Pastel Partner Accounting Software.

Clients for which we have processed a backlog, will upon completion of the task receive a file with a month to month financial statements of their company's books.

Monthly clients will receive their financial statements on a monthly basis, after their records have been processed.

Backups of all work is performed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis of your data. Backups are performed in both external drive as well as on backup CDs.

Financial Statements are provided on a regular monthly basis to enable you to monitor the financial performance of your company.

We also arrange regular quarterly meetings with our monthly clients to discuss any queries or concerns that our clients may have with the performance with their Company.

Shamu Bookkeeping Services operates on a quotation system. The fee you pay is the fee that you were quoted there is no additional or hidden charges
