To Process a new CC application we will require the following:

  • 5 potential names for your business (CK7)
  • Founding Statement (CK1)
  • Description of potential business
  • Number of members
  • Province
  • Postal Address
  • Address of registered office
  • Date end for financial year end
  • Details of your required Accounting Officer - if you do not have one we will appoint one for you

Details of EACH individual member (Not Exceeding 10)

  1. Surname
  2. Full Names
  3. I.D. Number
  4. Date of Birth
  5. Contribution to Company (n Rands)
  6. Share Holding (%)
  7. Residential Address
  8. Postal address
