Personal and company tax returns need not be a headache. Rather than outsourcing to an accounting service only doing the end-calculations while you still pay a monthly fee and do most of the work, let us assist with the preparation and submissions.
Never miss a deadline again. With hefty penalties associated with inaccurate returns and late submissions, you cannot afford to make a mistake. Rather let the professionals handle your tax returns while you can focus on the business at hand. We are registered as a Tax Practitioner with the South African Revenue Service and as such you can be assured that all preparation of records and returns will be done in compliance with the latest regulations.

Notably you cannot take time off to focus on tax issues and yet such is extremely important. Being as it may, provisional tax returns must be submitted at the end of January if done electronically and for manual submissions end of February. In addition, you must declare your turnover before the deadline in set. Simply thinking of all the regulations, deadlines and possible penalties is enough to give up on it all. Fortunately we have a large team to take the load of your shoulders.
Tax Preparation and Registration
If your business income exceeds R100 000 a year, you can voluntary register for VAT. Should the income be over R50 000 monthly, you must register. If you pay out salaries or wages, your business must be registered for UIF, SDL and PAYE. We can assist with the registration process and also in the preparation of taxes reflecting the above.
Compulsory Registration
Whether you are an employee, work as a sole proprietor, are a member of a close corporation, a partner or director of a company, tax payment and submission of returns are compulsory and must be done annually. For individuals tax year starts 1 March and ends 28 February the following year.
Employees earning less than the threshold don’t need to be tax registered, but whenever an employee earns a basic salary UIF registration and submissions must be done and should reflect on the annual submissions. There is also Skills Development Levy which is compulsory for companies.
If tax returns were simple, people would not have missed deadlines or have faced penalties because of inaccurate reporting. It is for the above reasons that companies make use of our professional and affordable range of services.
